Lyndon, Ice, and their friend 24 year Marine Veteran Christi Allen, visited our team during a rehearsal to share their experiences and give feedback on the play.

Where do you live now?

How old were you when you decided to join the Marines? What was your rank upon leaving the service?
I was 18 years old – First Sergeant
Was there a reason or inspiration for you to serve?
To travel the world and the Marines I served with
What is your job/occupation now?
Retired, self-employed with online marketing and studying to become a dog trainer and provide training videos through social media for people to learn to have more fulfilling relationships with dogs.
You’re sitting down to your favorite dinner, what’s on the menu?
I LOVE sushi and enjoy clean eating – something I became exposed to in my bodybuilding days.
Do you enjoy/hate cooking?
Since retiring, I have been learning to cook with the meal-delivery program called, Green Chef and it has been very therapeutic for me.
Your dream vacation is?
Paris and the Maldives
What’s an item on your bucket list?
Hot air balloon ride
If you get a few hours to yourself to relax, what are your hobbies?
Coloring in adult coloring books listening to classical music or nature sounds.
Being outside with nature and animals is also very relaxing. I enjoy taking my 3 dogs to McAllister’s dog park and then walking through the wood trails with them.

Australia to explore the outback and chill on the beaches
What’s an item on your bucket list?
Alaska with Ice
If you get a few hours to yourself to relax, what are your hobbies?
To relax I like to go for a long walk with Ice, sit with a couple friends and grill out

Ice, what’s your favorite thing about Lyndon?
I love that he can keep up with me when we’re out running… it allows me to run further and faster
What do you wish people would know about you?
I wish people knew my spirit. I often hear “He’s so beautiful”, but I want to them to know I’m a really good boy too.
Which do you like better, other dogs or humans?
Dogs and humans are both individuals, and I have no preference towards species, but I know that Lyndon likes pretty girls so I tend to lean more on them.
What’s your favorite meal/treat?
I love salmon skin when dad gives it to me!!
How old are you?
I’m 6 years old, about 42 in dog years.
What’s your favorite toy or item?
I don’t have any favorites, or consistent toys, but I love when dad gets me a new bone
